The Fall 2013 season has been one of Liverpool FSC's most successful to date. Four teams broke the 20 point mark for their 9 game seasons, only one of our teams did this in each of the past two seasons. Three of the teams finished top of their respective division - The U11 Boys White's(Coach Ganias) Boys U11 Red Div- The U11 Girls Lady White's(Coach Donnelly) Girls U11 Purple Div(See pictures below) and the U12 Girls Lady Red's(Coach Franzosa) Girls U12 Blue Div. The fourth team to break the 20 point mark - The U12 Boys Red's finished second in the U12 Boys Red division. The results of not only these teams but across the board this fall give evidence that the development of our young players is steadily moving forward.
The U12 Girls Lady Reds finished a great season on top of the U12 Girls Blue Division. Congratulations to Coaches Mark Franzosa and Neil Scioletti and the girls on a fantastic achievement.
Liverpool FSC's 2012/13 U15 Boys squad left July 12th for England on the clubs Annual visit to the UK. This year the Boys headed first to London for a few days where they trained with Charlton Athletic FC and then played Lewisham FC. They then took time to take in the sights of London before they "Headed North" to train under Liverpool FC's Academy staff. This was a fantastic experience for the boys where they got first hand experience of the level expected and the demands put on the "Elite Quality" youth players at one of the World's top clubs. The boys had four sessions with the Liverpool FC Coaches and also 3 games against the youth teams of other "Pro/Semi Pro Clubs".
